Frequently asked questions

We charge a coordination fee for our services, agreed with you in writing before any work begins. We are transparent about this fee and will tell you if a hospital pays us a referral fee, so you can make an informed decision. We never mark up hospital bills.

Typically: your recent medical reports, scans and test results; a referral or summary letter from your doctor; a passport valid for at least six months; passport-size photographs; and proof of funds if the visa office requests it. We give you a checklist tailored to your hospital and destination, and help you organise everything before you apply.

It varies. Hospitals usually reply to an enquiry within a few working days, e-Medical visas are often processed within a few days of a complete application, and travel can be arranged around your appointment date. Urgent cases can move faster; we will give you a realistic timeline once we know your situation.

Yes. Most patients travel with at least one companion, and hospitals usually expect it. We help arrange the attendant visa, book accommodation suitable for both of you and, where the hospital offers it, arrange for your companion to stay with you during admission.

No. We are coordinators, not medical professionals. We gather information from hospitals so that you, your family and your doctor can decide. We never guarantee treatment outcomes.

Tell us what you need. We'll come back with a plan.

Share a few details and a coordinator will contact you within one working day.

Haba na haba hujaza kibaba.
Swahili proverb: little by little, the measure is filled.

We will use this to reply to you.

Preferred language

For example: the treatment you are seeking, the country you are considering, and when you hope to travel.

Please do not include urgent medical details. For urgent concerns, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.
